Great little food journal it is really helpful for my weight loss journey that being so I’ve had 3 altogether. The journal itself such good paper quality and very well made.

Really like this food journal. It’s not over complicated like a lot of others, and so much easier to track daily intake, look back over it and see where you can improve and where you can make changes. Perfect for weight loss and weight maintenance as well as acting as a food diary for people who need to do that for medical reasons.
