WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, please allow up to 8 working days to receive it from date of order. Once dispatched we are not responsible for any delays or issues via RM (May take longer during peak/bank holidays. Weekend days are not included in that timeframe)

Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday & during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday.

If your order contains a pre-order/personalised item (or one with a stated longer turnaround time) then your whole order will be sent once those items have been completed by Printcess Designs.

This is to prevent sending out numerous parcels. The extra days will be on top of the usual delivery terms. Most of the time pre-order items can be sent quicker than stated (dependent on suppliers)

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

All orders are dependent on weight and size and cover postage and packaging. Current postage starts from £2.90 (as of Jan 2026). You can get free delivery when spending over £50.00+ on products.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Due to the new GPSR rules we only deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Due to new fees/restrictions we are unable to ship elsewhere right now.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Please fully read the Returns/Refund policy before placing your orders. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

DO YOU DO PERSONALISED ITEMS?

At this time we do have a few products that are 'personalised' options. This range may expand, once we are much more established. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to create your product when ordering anything personalised. If you have other ready made items with your order it will get dispatched once we have created and finalised the personalised product. 

DO YOU ALLOW COLLABORATIONS/OFFER WHOLESALE?

At this moment in time we do not offer wholesale items. We do, on the rare occasion, have surplus supplies/stock which will be listed in the relevant collection when available.

In regards to collaborations/giveaways, please first get in touch with us via the contact form to discuss your proposal.

Our products are not to be resold/used for your own businesses. If we agree to a collaboration it will need to be clearly outlined and approved first and foremost.
