Refund policy

Please read these terms fully before confirming your order.

If, once you have received your order, you are not 100% happy with it, please email immediately to discuss options. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or added to

*Gift cards are exempt from refunds.

1. In the rare instance that a refund is offered, you have 14 days from date of delivery to return items:

- Must be unused, in the same, original condition they were sent out; and also in the same, original packaging. This includes any free products you also received with your order

- Return postage will not be reimbursed by Printcess Designs, and is the responsibility of the customer

- Once items have been received and inspected, only then will a refund be confirmed and issued

 

2. Any items purchased as a Sale/Imperfect are not eligible for returns and refunds. Any digital products are also not eligible. Custom & personalised products are non-refundable.

Jewellery is excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty when received)

- Any glass/drinkware items are excluded from returns unless faulty/damaged when received, in which supporting photo evidence is required. You must email immediately if an item is faulty/damaged. Please always follow the Care Instructions. It is your responsibility to look after your glass/drinkware once received. Glass is fragile, and should be used accordingly. Do not lift, carry or hold by the lids. Gentle handling when stored/placed on surfaces. Avoid using harsh chemicals and washing brushes. Hand wash only.

- All personalised and custom items are EXCLUDED from returns and refunds. Please double check you input the required information before confirming your order, as they cannot be amended once we receive and process the order

3. Please make sure you inspect your items as soon as you receive them. In the unlikely event that it has been damaged (not by Printcess Designs) you must email immediately, informing us of your order number, along with the reasons, and supporting photo evidence. Proof of purchase is also required.

- We will consider and evaluate the issue 

- A suitable outcome will be arranged as appropriate 

 

4. Please do not send items back without having discussed. You must get in touch first and foremost. Any orders sent without prior permission will not be accepted. 

 

5. If an item was incorrect or faulty due to our error, we will cover the costs of return and replacement (where applicable). Any exchanges for other reasons, customers are responsible for costs to return and reshipping.

 

6. Please allow an additional 14 days for any confirmed refunds to reach your original payment method.

- If you choose to have store credit instead, you must previously have made an account & be subscribed to emails in order to be able to use it when next ordering. Once you confirm store credit over a refund, it cannot be changed.

7. No refunds accepted after 14 day period
