Refund policy

If, once you have received your order and are not 100% happy with it, please email immediately to discuss options. Please read these terms fully.
1. In the rare instance that a refund is offered, you have 14 days from date of delivery to return items:
- Must be unused, in the same, original condition they were sent out; and also in the same, original packaging. This includes any free products you also received with your order
- Return postage will not be reimbursed by Printcess Designs, and is the responsibility of the customer
- Once items have been received and inspected, only then will a refund be confirmed and issued
2. Any items purchased as a Sale/Mishap are not eligible for returns and refunds. Any digital products are also not eligible. Custom & personalised products are non-refundable.
- Any glass/drinkware items are non-refundable unless faulty/damaged when received, in which supporting photo evidence is required. Follow Care Instructions. It is your responsibility to look after your glass/drinkware once received. They will not be replaced.
3. Please make sure you inspect your items once you receive them. In the unlikely event that it has been damaged (not by Printcess Designs) you must email immediately, informing us of your order number, along with the reasons, and supporting photo evidence. Proof of purchase is also required.
- We will consider and evaluate the issue
- A suitable outcome will be arranged as appropriate
4. Please do not send items back without having discussed. You must get in touch first and foremost. Any orders sent without prior permission will not be accepted.
5. If the item was incorrect or faulty due to our error, we will cover the costs of return and replacement (where applicable). Any exchanges for other reasons, customers are responsible for costs to return and reshipping.
6. Please allow an additional 14 days for any confirmed refunds to reach your original payment method.
- If you choose to have store credit instead, you must previously have made an account & be subscribed to emails in order to be able to use it when next ordering
7. No refunds accepted after 14 day period
8. CHRISTMAS POLICY:
- Only orders placed between 29th Nov - 7th Dec inclusive are eligible for an extended timeframe. Orders not within these dates are only eligible for the standard policy.
- All above terms are still in place, & you will have until 9pm on 27th December to get in touch about returns. All products will need to be in the exact same, unused condition they were sent out in, and where possible, please keep them in the original packaging.
- Be advised, it is at the discretion of PRINTCESS DESIGNS as to whether a return will be accepted. Follow stated Instructions as per the original policy
- Items excluded from returns are glass/drinkware, personalised, custom, soft toys, mishaps/sale
