Shipping policy

**As of 27th Feb 2026, a minimum £4.00 order limit is set**

All items can be delivered within England, Wales & Scotland. (excluding all of Ireland)

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or added to.

Please note delivery times are for orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday. 

Any orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

 

1. Once your order has been confirmed, please allow up to 6 working days for it to arrive once it has been marked as dispatched. We try our best to get orders packed within 3 days of receiving them, sometimes sooner. Delivery timeframe days will then start once you get the 'dispatched' email confirmation (Weekend days are not included in this period; peak times will take longer)

2. If your order contains any products with a stated longer turnaround/pre-order, then your whole order will be dispatched once all items are available, rather than sending numerous parcels.

3. Delivery will be ROYAL MAIL 48hr tracked. This generally takes around 3-4 working days from date of dispatch (excluding public holidays) Peak times will take longer. 

4. Once your order has been dispatched to RM, Printcess Designs is not responsible for any delays/losses that may occur.

Charges for delivery are weight/size dependent, and cover packaging and posting. Currently starting from £2.90 as of January 2026 updates

All orders over £50.00 qualify for free standard delivery.
