It’s not over complicated like a lot of others, and so much easier to track daily intake, look back over it and see where you can improve and where you can make changes. Perfect for weight loss and weight maintenance as well as acting as a food diary for people who need to do that for medical reasons.

This book has lots of different colourings for adults, some more difficult than others, which makes it a great book.

I wanted little bag for holiday, just for carrying little bits to and from the beach. This bag is perfect, bigger than I expected.

It's also such good quality and doesn't feel like it will rip or tear the first time using it. The print is also very well done.
All in all 10/10
